What does the Audit Log track?
The Audit Log records every action in ShahoSuite — who performed it, when, what type of action (CREATE, UPDATED, DELETED) and which record was affected. You can view the exact changes made to any record.
Can staff see the Audit Log?
No. The Audit Log is Director-only. Staff members cannot access or view the log — this ensures full accountability and privacy.
Can I filter the Audit Log?
Yes. Filter by entity type (invoice, customer, payment etc.), action type and date range. Set the number of rows per page up to 50.
Is the Audit Log GDPR-compliant?
Yes. The Audit Log helps meet GDPR accountability requirements by providing a complete trail of who accessed or changed personal data and when.
