Common questions

What supplier information does ShahoSuite store?
ShahoSuite stores supplier name, contact person, email, phone, category, payment terms (e.g. Net 30), active/archived status and total spend year-to-date — all in one profile.
Can I archive suppliers I no longer use?
Yes. The Archive button moves inactive suppliers out of your main list while keeping all their history. Toggle Show Archived to bring them back any time.
Can I track how much I spend with each supplier?
Yes. The Supplier Management page shows Total Suppliers, Active, Archived and Total Spent YTD — updated live as orders and expenses are recorded.
Is my supplier data safe and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All supplier data is stored on Microsoft Azure UK data centres, SSL encrypted and fully GDPR-compliant. Your data always belongs to you.
How much does ShahoSuite suppliers cost?
