ShahoSuite stores customer name, profile image, contact email, phone number, address, notes, tags, status (active/archived), last order date and links to all their invoices, orders and bookings — all in one profile.
Can I view a customer's invoice and order history?
Yes. From any customer row you can click Invoices to see all their invoices or Orders to see their full order history — no navigating to other modules needed.
Can I book an appointment directly from the customer list?
Yes. Each customer row has a Book button that takes you directly to the Booking form with the customer already pre-filled. One click — no re-entering details.
Is my customer data safe and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All customer data is stored on Microsoft Azure UK data centres, SSL encrypted and fully GDPR-compliant. You can export your data at any time — it always belongs to you.
