What types of credit notes can I issue?

ShahoSuite supports three credit note types: Goodwill (gesture of goodwill to a customer), Refund (money returned) and Overpayment (customer paid more than invoiced). Each is colour-coded for instant clarity.

Are credit notes linked to invoices?

Yes. Credit notes link directly to the original invoice. When applied, the invoice balance and accounting records update automatically — no manual adjustments needed.

What does Fully Applied mean?

Fully Applied means the credit has been fully used — the remaining balance is £0.00. Voided means the credit note was cancelled before being fully applied.

How much does ShahoSuite cost?
