Who Can See Your Data
ShahoSuite uses strict role-based access control. Staff members only see what the Director permits. Sensitive business data — billing, audit logs, settings — are Director-only. And Shaho Solutions Limited staff never access your account data without your explicit permission.

The account owner (Director) has full access to all 16 modules, billing, settings, staff management and the complete audit log.

Staff members can only access modules the Director has enabled. They cannot see billing, settings, audit logs or other staff details.

Every CREATE, UPDATE and DELETE in your account is permanently logged with timestamp, user email and exact changes. Nothing can happen silently.

Where is my ShahoSuite data stored?
All data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers located in the United Kingdom — specifically the UK South (London) and UK West (Cardiff) regions. Your data never leaves the UK.
Is ShahoSuite encrypted?
Yes — two layers of encryption. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2+ (the padlock in your browser). Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 — the same standard used by banks and governments.
Can ShahoSuite staff see my business data?
No. Shaho Solutions Limited staff do not access customer account data as part of normal operations. All access would require explicit customer permission and every action is logged in the audit log.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation, in accordance with UK GDPR. You can export all your data before cancelling from any module in CSV format.
