Can I send emails to all my customers at once?
Yes. Click + All Customers to add your entire customer list as recipients with one click. You can also add individual customers or guest email addresses.
Does ShahoSuite have email templates?
Yes. Five Quick Templates are built in: New Update, Promotion, Invoice Reminder, Thank You and Appointment. Select one and the message is pre-filled instantly.
Can I personalise emails per recipient?
Yes. Use {name} anywhere in your message and ShahoSuite automatically replaces it with each recipient's name when the email is sent.
Can I send to people who are not customers?
Yes. The Add Guest Email feature lets you add any email address as a recipient — even if they are not in your ShahoSuite customer database.
