ShahoSuite Support has four statuses: Open (new, waiting for response), In Progress (being worked on), Resolved (issue fixed) and Closed (complete and archived).
Does ShahoSuite support have priority levels?
Yes. Each ticket has a priority: Low, Medium or Urgent. Urgent tickets are highlighted so critical issues are never missed.
Can my staff respond to support tickets?
Yes. Tickets can be assigned to staff members. Each staff member can view and respond to tickets within their role-based access — Directors see everything.
Is there a way to contact ShahoSuite support?
