How do I add staff to ShahoSuite?
The Director invites staff by entering their name and email. The staff member receives an email invitation and creates their own login. Each staff account costs £15/month.
What can staff members see?
Staff have limited, role-based access. They cannot see billing, settings, audit logs or admin functions. The Director controls exactly what each staff member can access.
Can staff take bookings?
Yes. Each staff member's working days are set in the Staff module and link directly to the Booking module — so bookings can be assigned to specific team members based on their availability.
How much does each staff account cost?
£15/month per staff member. The Director account is £50/month and includes all 16 modules. You can add unlimited staff — each at £15/month.
